AOC’s gastronomic philosophy stems from a modern style with fresh Nordic ingredients sourced from both land and sea.
The starting point for the dining experience is to highlight the wonderfulness of our local produce and to hit as many of our senses as possible: taste, sight, color, and smell.
Head Chef Søren Selin and Sommelier Christian Aarø are the team behind AOC, which has held two Michelin stars since 2015.
